Social Security Number Protections

Jenius Bank collects Social Security Numbers (SSNs) as necessary to support state and federal legal requirements, to provide products or services to you and to meet needs within our Human Resources unit.   • Limit access to SSNs only to employees or service providers with a business purpose
  • Prohibit disclosure of SSNs to unauthorized parties

  • Session Replay Technology: We use session recording and replay technology to observe your mouse movements, scrolling, and clicks on our websites and Apps. We use these tracking tools for support and analytics purposes, and to better understand how people engage with our sites and Apps. This information is often collected and processed by our service providers who we have engaged to analyze this information on our behalf. By using our digital properties, you consent to our (or our service provider’s) collection, use, and retention of this information using session replay technology.
  • Meta Pixel: We use Meta Pixel, a web analytics and advertising service provided by Meta Inc. (“Meta”) on our Services. With its help, we can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, keep track of users who access our Services or advertisements from different devices, and better provide advertisements to our target audiences. The data from Meta Pixel is also saved and processed by Meta.
